Tens of thousands of our neighbors gather together – over picnics and under the stars – to enjoy this celebration of our American Independence. And you can be part of the fun.

Shelby Twp Independence Day Fireworks and Food Trucks

Join in for our the third food truck rally. Located at The New Rink, there will be  a series of different vendors and different trucks for you to enjoy. It’s everything you need to enjoy a summer meal outside before a great show.

Blake’s Lavender Festival

Immerse yourself in the tranquil orchards and stroll the open-air marketplace featuring 100+ Michigan artisans! Sip on a refreshing lavender lemonade or ice cream while enjoying a homemade lavender treat.Returning this year, Blake’s Hard Cider Co. and Blake’s Brewing Co. will be featuring  limited, seasonal lavender infused hard cider and beer.

Shelby Twp Art Fair
Mark your calendar for Aug. 14-15 to stop by Shelby Township’s River Bends Park for the 38th Annual Shelby Township Art Fair.
In addition to fabulous art from more than 100 national, regional and local artists and artisans, the fair features crafts and products from Michigan-based businesses. The festivities include family-friendly entertainment.
Bring the family for a day filled with activities and entertainment, and bring home a unique piece of art, a hand-made item, or another souvenir from your visit.

Richmond Good Ole Days Festival

The annual Richmond Area Good Old Days Festival is known for offering a wide variety of events throughout each of the festival’s four days including carnivals, games, motorsports and Fireworks Saturday September 11 at 9:30PM.
